Renaissance is a gamification app for Spotify users that allows you to:

• Track your personal streams on Spotify 

• Stream and earn star points to enter merch giveaways 

• Join streaming parties 

 

Renaissance is Free 

• Unlike Stationhead, you do not require premium Spotify

 

How to Get Started

• Download the app on the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android)

• Use your Spotify credentials to register and login

• Press the 🎧icon in the navigation bar to find a party to join, or start your own!

 

About Parties

• You can join multiple parties at once and have your streams count towards different parties

• Anyone can start a streaming party, so give it a go! 

  • There are 4 types of parties: Artist, Song, Album, Playlist

  • Artist and Song Parties are easier to run - we recommend starting with this. 

 

Stream On Your Own Time  

•  Unlike Stationhead parties, which require all fans to be listening to the same song at the same time, Renaissance lets you stream Spotify music at your own pace. 

• Every time you check-in to the Renaissance app, the streams you’ve accumulated on Spotify in between will be added to your profile as well as to any streaming parties you have joined.

 

Monitoring Progress on Renaissance

• For every streaming party you’ve joined, you can check progress towards the goal overall, as well as your party rank and how many streams you have contributed. 

• For personal statistics, click the 📈 icon to see your top tracks and overall stream counts for the day/week/month/year.

• Click on the 📊 graph to check the top 100 trending artists on Renaissance and where Taeyong is ranking!
