Stationhead is an app that is used to run ‘live’ streaming parties where groups of people gather to listen to the same songs together at the same time. 

 

Many kpop fandoms use Stationhead as a way to gather together and listen to music and increase streams. Many kpop groups and other musicians now also have official Stationhead accounts, including BTS, Blackpink, Lana Del Rey, and more! 

 

In order to participate on Stationhead, you require premium Spotify or premium Apple Music. You will need to connect your account.  

 

There are three ways to join a Stationhead party as a listener: 

• Android app (download through Play Store)

• IOS app (download through App Store)

• Web browser (e.g. on your laptop) 

 

In order to host parties on Stationhead, the iOS app is required. Some tyongf fanbases are still recruiting for Stationhead hosts, so if you are an iOS user who’d like to help out, get in touch!

In addition to normal streaming parties, Stationhead also has a feature to host release parties when new albums or singles come out! During release parties, fans can purchase music for digital download which can help count towards Billboard (US + Global charts). Music purchases are currently supported in 16 countries.
